Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All products sold by Kit n Kat Shop are made to order. Many items are individually crafted, customized, or produced specifically for each order.
Because of the custom nature of our work:
- We do not accept returns
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
- Custom and personalized items are final sale
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Snaplings™ figures
- Memorial urns
- Memorial sculpture reliefs
- Custom figurines or sculptures
- Personalized or photo-based products
- Any item produced specifically for a customer order
These items are created individually and cannot be restocked or resold.
Non-Personalized Items
Some items may not contain personalization but are still produced on demand.
Examples include:
- Cruise Buddies
- Keychain Buddies
- Standard figurines or accessories
These items are also considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Handmade & 3D-Printed Item Variations
Many Kit n Kat Shop products are hand-finished and 3D-printed. Minor variations may occur in:
- Layer texture
- Surface finish
- Color tone
- Small dimensional differences
These variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted and additive-manufactured items and are not considered defects.
Product images are provided as close representations but may vary slightly from the final product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Damage claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
If the issue is verified, Kit n Kat Shop will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be replaced with a repaired or newly crafted item when appropriate.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Kit n Kat Shop is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If your package shows Delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
We will assist with carrier claims when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once an item enters production, the order cannot be canceled.
This policy exists because production begins quickly for made-to-order items.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and encourage customers to contact us directly first.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the payment processor with documentation including:
- Order confirmation
- Production records
- Shipment tracking
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
Fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems may result in:
- Refusal of future service
- Order cancellation
- Reporting to the payment processor
