Production Timeline
Most items at Kit n Kat Shop are crafted to order unless otherwise noted.
Our typical production time is:
7–10 business days before shipment
Many orders ship sooner, but during periods of high demand production may take the full stated timeframe.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Production time begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Shipping upgrades apply only to carrier transit time and do not shorten production time.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- carrier service disruptions
- weather conditions
- customs processing
- transportation issues
- high seasonal shipping volume
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Kit n Kat Shop cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address
- delivery refusal
- failed delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
- check around their property
- check with neighbors
- contact the local carrier office
We are happy to assist customers with carrier claims when possible.
Shipping During High Volume Periods
During product launches, seasonal demand, or viral product releases (such as Cruise Buddy drops), production times may extend slightly beyond standard estimates.
Each item is individually crafted, and we appreciate your patience.
International Shipping
Kit n Kat Shop proudly ships to many countries worldwide.
For international orders, applicable duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout when required by the destination country. This helps ensure your order arrives without unexpected customs charges.
International delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier.
While most shipments move smoothly through customs, processing times are controlled by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays.
Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, returns are generally not accepted for international orders unless an item arrives damaged.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our small business:
- Orders may be held briefly for verification if flagged by our fraud prevention system.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Chargebacks submitted after confirmed shipment may be disputed using order confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery verification.
