Every item created by Kit n Kat Shop is crafted with intention, care, and attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced products, our pieces are made individually for each order.

This page explains what happens behind the scenes once you place an order.

1. Order Review

Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue.

For custom products such as Snaplings™, memorial sculptures, and other personalized items, we carefully review the submitted photos or details to ensure they are suitable for production.

If additional information or clearer photos are required, we may contact you before production begins.

2. Digital Preparation

For custom creations, we begin by digitally preparing the design based on the materials provided.

This stage may include:

modeling and shaping the form
adjusting proportions for structural stability
cleaning and refining surface details
preparing the model for 3D printing

Every design must be carefully engineered so the final product is durable, stable, and visually balanced.

3. Precision 3D Printing

Many Kit n Kat Shop products are produced using advanced 3D printing technology.

Each item is printed layer by layer using carefully selected materials.

Depending on the size and complexity of the piece, printing alone may take several hours to multiple days.

This process allows us to create detailed, one-of-a-kind objects that cannot be produced using traditional manufacturing.

4. Hand Finishing

Once printing is complete, every piece is carefully inspected and finished by hand.

This may include:

surface smoothing
structural checks
detail cleanup
assembly of multi-part components

Because our products are crafted individually, small variations may occur. These variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted and additive-manufactured items.

5. Quality Inspection

Before packaging, each item goes through a final inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We check for:

structural integrity
surface finish
overall appearance
packaging safety

Only after passing inspection is the item prepared for shipment.

6. Packaging & Shipping

Your order is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow the delivery progress.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the item, but most orders ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.
